Returns procedure
We will accept returned articles only if they are in their original packaging with the barcode.
The amount will be refunded as a gift voucher, unless returned the same day, when a cash refund or an exchange is possible.
If the price of the new article is higher than the article that was returned for an exchange, the customer must pay the difference. If the returned article was more expensive, the customer will be given a gift voucher for the difference.
Exchanges can only be made at the CERN shop. Exchange via post is not possible.
