Pets are not allowed anywhere at CERN with an exception for guide dogs for visually impaired persons. |

Photographs are allowed everywhere provided that third-party rights such as the right of personal portrayal are respected. |

All visitors on guided tours must carry their identity card or passport, which must be valid for entry into both France and Switzerland, and are required to provide their full details: last name, first name, place and date of birth and nationality. You must arrive at the CERN Reception 20 minutes before the starting time of your guided tour. |

High-heeled shoes, open-toed shoes, flip-flops and sandals are not permitted. |

Some areas are not accessible to all visitors (people with reduced mobility, wearers of medical implants or pacemakers, people above or below a certain age, pregnant women, etc.). Once your visit request has been accepted, please make sure when providing visitor details that you tell us about any accessibility requirements. We will endeavour to accommodate your needs and propose the most appropriate tour. A wheelchair is available at Reception if required. Check also our accessibility page. |
